Retrieving data from tapes, drive back-up
It is now established practice of making regular copies of back-up of their data in order to minimize the consequences of a possible crash or data loss of the system. Sometimes, however, Murphy's law strikes, and following an accident on the original system is discovered that the copies back-up is you can not read!
Sometimes however there and the need of having to again access to historical archives now available only on media back-up and discovered at that point that the weather or other causes damaged them, making them unreadable.
In our laboratories we are able to reconstruct the media physically damaged, make a continuous reading of data and a reconstruction of the archives.
We also service transposition of data from old tape back-up running, you do not have more than one unit of the original reading, on new media.

Diagnosis free and without obligation
If the data on your media are inaccessible or illegible, we carry out on your support in our first laboratory diagnostic service and free estimate without obligation. At this stage, send a list of files that can be recovered with a description as to their status (intact or if they are corrupt or unreadable). This will help to follow up the work itself already knowing the possible results. If instead it is impossible to recover data that is lost, nothing will be due for this first phase of analysis and diagnosis, because even in this case we think it is fair that our clients pay only if they obtained results.
